Lead or be lunch! LEAD or be Lunch!

Lead or be lunch! Our new team motto … This will be the motto driving our team for the months and years ahead All departments … All individuals … It will even form part of our induction program for new employees!

Lead or be lunch! The challenge when your big is YOU! There's a risk that we fall into the trap of thinking that we are great and nobody can catch or match us Well guess what, in our animal kingdom there is no such thing as a silent, lazy competitor Just think about it for a moment

Lead or be lunch! Our motto has real meaning … Which one runs faster, the Gazelle or the Lion? There is no second prize in this race... The one who runs fastest stays alive...

Lead or be lunch! Every day is a best-in-class day! Every single day the Lion wakes up intent on beating the Gazelle so she can feed her family … Every day the Gazelle wakes up knowing he must outrun the Lion to stay alive … Can you imagine either one waking up with a yawn and saying Hmm, I think Ill take a day off being best-in-class today? Any day? Ever?

Lead or be lunch! Our business is the same … To stay on top you have to have the skills, knowledge, speed and discipline to be able to keep the position This is a mindset … This is a way of life … This is an attitude! A winning attitude !

Lead or be lunch! Our business is the same … Failure to stay fit … or keep up with new strategy … or renovate ourselves … will allow other more hungry competitors to walk in and then "we'll be lunch! Theres no such thing as second place, If we miss a beat we're dead! So, let's live the spirit of Africa, let's
