1. If you are in a race keep running and don’t give up! If you want to win you have to keep a pace. You do not have to come first but don’t come last!

2. Some people don’t want to be a runner but some people do so you do not have to run a race! If you want to be in a running team then go to every training session or trial. Do not miss a session if you want to be a champion. And if you speed off you will not win because you will lose your breath. Keep trying and don’t give up because if you do you will not win the race.

3. Sometimes running doesn’t mean a race. Some runs are called fun runs where you can run, jog or, walk. You might have to travel a long way to get to races and it may take up a lot of your free time but it is worth it. Don’t expect to always get a good position because you some times may be tired!
