DO YOU enough 24 hours for ALL JOBS ? Over the past 20 years, working hours increased by 25 percent and leasure decreased by 33 percent. The modern tempo of life is accelerating, and we complain about the lack of time. What we do, we are always haven’t time enough.

Why is there a need to plan in time?

Time management is a set of actions and decisions aimed at optimal allocation and efficient use of the available time to achieve its objectives and tasks.

The most important areas of life? Health, Family, Financial, Itellectual, Social, Professional, Spiritual. Divide the main for you !

SMART USE OF TIME – FIRST IT IS A RATIONAL DISTRIBUTION!

What mistakes do you do when planning your time?

The main mistakes of time management : Unwillingness to plan and organize work schedules, Imprecisely formulated objectives and tasks, Undetectable or ignored priorities, The range of realistic deadlines for each task,

Not leaving time reserve for unplanned tasks, Surrendering to external shocks and disturbances, Easy agree to perform not your job, Assumed too much work or they are not sufficiently delegated. The main mistakes of time management :

1 percent of the planned period time. In other words, we should be planning the day for 5-10 minutes, weekly work schedule we have to set up within minutes, and the annual work plan will take 2-3 working days. HOW MUCH TIME NEED TO ASSING FOR TIME MANAGEMENT?

The hardest to convince yourself that time to give business, which at first sight is not necessary! "If you take the planning of 8 minutes, you will save at least an hour“ prof. dr. Lotar Zivert

How do you have begin to plan your jobs?

It is very important to set priorities, because usually choose not the most important, and those lighter. Make a list of tasks in order of importance, starting from the first and do not start another job until you not finish the previous one.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS OF YOUR TIME MANAGEMENT AT THE SAME TIME (Let's focus first to the One error that do most). PLANNING WORKS BEST TO DRAW UP A PLAN TO WRITE DOWN. After signing up, WHAT AND WHEN YOU HAVE MAKE, stop thinking about all the work, but only about what you are going to do now.

Will it be useful? The Important results not excitation activities immediately rejected.

RATIONALLY TIME USING DIRECTORS CHARACTERIZED BY : Such leaders develop a payment to delegate its powers. Redistribution of powers - one individual tasks to the other. Relinquish its responsibility for the tasks, powers and opportunities, treasured time for more important things. Americans say, do not do anything yourself, you can outsource.

They planning costs of time. Usually drawn up action plan for the network to find a rational solution. RATIONALLY TIME USING DIRECTORS CHARACTERIZED BY :

Problem solving are based on the evaluation of its performance. In case of difficulties or finding a way out, a rational time using manager selects a method which guarantees an efficient solution of the problem. RATIONALLY TIME USING DIRECTORS CHARACTERIZED BY :

ADVICES: 1.Don't leave a mess at your workplace. At tidy workplace you spend less time for searching something. What does unnecessary -throw away. 2. Make a list of necessary working tools, whose you need. Make sure you have everything near you.

ADVICES: 3. Review documents on the computer and create a pleasant sort system forr your documents. Read document only once and decide immediately what to do with it (put away, signed, tear up); 4. Unnecessary documents / remove items from the table. According to statistics each paper distracts about 5 times a day! Studies show that a person who is working for messy table ~ spend 1.5 hours looking for something or distracted side of things, it is 7.5 hours per week.

5. Sort your documents right away, do not off them for the "later." If you are not working out as soon as the schedule when you can do it. Set up automatic mail sorting 6. Try to finish your jobs till the last one. Delayed documents and other things later, it will require you much more time to do than it should be done immediately. ADVICES:

7. For each task on the agenda and the time to try to stick to it. 8. Create list of unfinished works and the works that have been postponed to a later. Start carry out the works under the list. Do not stop until you've finished all the listed work. ADVICES: :

Thank you!
