Volunteer Work Abroad Work with Habitat A non-profit charitable housing service organization An international institution dedicated to eliminating poverty and homelessness through the participation of hands-on volunteers and the benevolence of business corporations Habitat has built, renovated and repaired almost 300,000 homes in dozens of countries and territories including many in the Asia-Pacific region.

Students feedbacks and experiences: Building earthquake-proof houses with volunteer-friendly tools, erecting light materials, all were done collaborate with the local, thus created vast amount of cross- cultural contact. I met people from all over the world and learnt to collaborate with individuals with different cultural background. I experienced team-work and conflict handling.

We took care of babies, played with young children and helped some people who are physical or mentally disabled.
