Did you know? Exercising speeds up your metabolism which means you burn calories faster. Jumping rope burns about 5 calories every 3 jumps but typing on the computer only burns 1 calorie in 2 hours. People who exercise live longer than sedentary people.

Did you know? Exercise releases endorphins which makes you feel better and even helps relieve depression. Exercise can lower blood pressure and relieve stress. While the heart is the strongest muscle in the body it needs to be exercised regularly to keep healthy.

Did you know? Walking is one of the best exercises. It is free, easy, can be done with friends, and can be done year round. (Just make sure to dress for the weather)
