Today is about discussing and discerning our commitment to grow – opportunities, challenges, hopes and fears and to counsel our leaders in this area of our hoped for future. ▪ Growth is one of L’Arche Canada’s three strategic priorities ▪ L’Arche’s internal and external environment is very different than in the past. We need to be intentional ▪ It is the role of the National Council to help discern and guide our future directions

| 6 GALLERY WALK What is a gallery walk?  A gallery walk is a discussion technique to help us actively engage with ideas and each other  We can share our ideas and thoughts in small groups as we circulate between different areas What do we want from you?  Think about what you see and what it means for L’Arche  Ask questions about the posters and each other’s thoughts  Write down ideas and thoughts that intrigue you
