MAIN CHARACTERS AND THEIR TRAITS  Anna  Curious because at night she sneaks up in to the loft and talks to Suzanne.  Dishonest because she told her Mom she was going out to the shed when she was going to the Cat Lady's house.  Kind because she sticks up for her little brother Tom and takes care of him.  Suzanne  Mischievous because she was looking into Miss. Matheson’s garden and garage looking for the New Cat.  Know it all because she brags about how she knows every thing to know about being a police officer.  Calm because she dose not get all riled up when every one else does.  Tom  Silly because he was looking for the New Cat in a small pond.  Outgoing because he will go shopping with the Cat Lady when nobody else will.  Helpful because he helps Mr. Tucker clean up trash on the road.

 The Cat Lady  Lonely because she lives alone and the only company she gets is cats and sometimes Tom, Anna and, Suzanne.  Friendly because she lets any cats in to her house and she did not kick Tom out.  Forgetful because throughout the book she is looking for something she forgot in the beginning of the book. Book Rating:

SETTING Genre Mystery because Tom and Anna’s new cat goes missing and they act like spies looking for the new cat. In a small Village, in the summer.

MY FAVORITE PART My favorite part is when Graham told Emma that his grandma had a unicorn and she could come over and see it, when she went over to his house the so called unicorn was only a Shetland pony with a ice cream cone tide to it’s head with elastic.

I picked this book for my book talk because this book is funny and made me laugh.

SUMMARY Anna and Tom’s new cat goes missing because Anna’s Dad kicked the new cat out and locked the cat flap because the new cat ate the church priest ‘s expensive fish. They went looking for the new cat and could not find him. At church, a kid named Graham told them that there is a person called the cat lady and she might have taken the new cat. When they went to the cat lady's house the new cat was there but he did not want to leave. They left the cat there and came to visit. One day the new cat came home and was so skinny you could see it’s rib cage!! Anna,Tom and, Suzanne got worried. When they went to the cat lady’s house to see what was wrong with the cat lady she was injured badly. They hade to bring her to the hospital. After that every thing was good and the cats came back to her house.
