By: Cheyenne Schultz

 Well my name is Cheyenne Gail Schultz. I was born June 14 th, I was born two months premature, and only weighed three pounds eight ounces.  I have a twin sister named Savannah and two older brothers Aaron Rey 28 and Brian Rey 37.

 Right now I live with Kain, my sister Savannah, her boyfriend Ryan and our friend Todd.  I have a fiancé his names Kain LaRocque. And we've been dating for two and a half years and he proposed to me on April 22 nd, 2014.

 After I graduate I plan on going to Macomb Community College for the basics. Then I plan on going to a better College.  I want to get a degree in either Information Technology or in engineering.  While I’m at college I plan on doing an internship with GM.

 My dad demonstrates leadership by always working hard at everything he dose. My DAAD designs assembly lines at GM and I’ve seen him stay up numerous times just so that he can make sure he gets the job done right.  My DAAD has taught me that if you work hard towards something than you will be initially successful in life.

 My Mom Showed me to be a leader by always taking care of me and my sister on her own. My mother wasn’t always the nicest parent she could have been. But she did try her hardest to be a good parent.  My mother has taught me that the only thing you really need is family.

 My Na-Na showed me to be a leader by always staying positive when she had Breast Cancer. She always had a smile on her face even though she was dealing with a terrible situation.  My Na-Na has taught me that if you stay positive about something than everyone around will be positive too.

 Volunteering at a veterans hall has really helped me become a leader. I have been volunteering at multiple events with my sister-in- law since ninth grade.  Volunteering has taught me that if you spend a little bit of your time doing something then you will help a lot of people.

 Cheerleading has prepared me for a leadership role. I was in cheerleading from third grade to tenth grade. I loved cheerleading because it made me push my self harder and harder every day.  Cheerleading has taught me that if you work hard towards something than you will be successful.

 I will demonstrate my leadership skills at work by always working my hardest at my job and by always being helpful to my coworkers.  I will also demonstrate my leadership skills as a mother. I will teach my children that family is what's most important and that being positive not only will make them happy but others around them as well

 One of my leadership weaknesses would be that I feel and look uncomfortable when I speak in front of a number of people. I am better at helping people in smaller groups. Because It is easier to connect with the people and to also listen to what they have to say.
