Making a Works Cited Open a new Microsoft Word page. Enter the words, Works Cited, centered. These words should not be bolded or underlined, and should be in the same font as the rest or the page. Skip one line. Click on “Format” and scroll down to “Paragraph.” Select under “Indentation, Special” the “Hanging” option. Copy and paste your citations from your PowerPoint slides onto this Works Cited page. Skip a line between each citation. Check that your entries are in alphabetical order by the first word of the citation and that each citation is in hanging indent format. The Works Cited should be put at the end of your paper.
