Presentation transcript:

10/1/2019-Analyzing an anchor paper Log on to readingramos.weebly.com and select 2011 RA Responses under “Class Assignments.” You should also open “2017 RA Responses and Rubric” to use as a model to score and create commentary. Everyone must write on their own paper, to be turned in at the end of class. We will take 30 minutes for each response, checking in after the first, second, and third sample. Score each response based on the rubric and create a score report using rubric language and evidence from the text. Remember to use 2017 as a model. When you are done with this, you should write a 5-sentence reflection on the same sheet of paper about the last two timed writings: Which one do you think is better so far and why? Did you feel more confident than the last time? What do you think your score might be? What do you need to improve on for the next timed writing next class? If you finish all this early, you may work on journals that are due next month.
