Experienced governance and management teams to deliver research with impacts Governance by an experienced board and management team with proven expertise, and knowledge of industry, research and government. Constituted as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, governed by an independent skills-based board selected by the members of the CRC. A Research Advisory Committee, with a mix of independent and participant members, will review research project proposals submitted by members, and provide recommendations to the board. Structured participation arrangements tiered for effective collaboration: 8 Major partners contributing ≥$1.6m sign as Core Participant members with full voting rights. 43 Partners contributing at least $0.25m sign-up as Supporting Participants, represented through the Industry Advisory Council (IAC). The Industry Advisory Council (IAC), will provide the forum to engage all end- users. All Participants supported by an experienced Partner Engagement Manager. Focused stakeholder sub-groups will be created to maximise engagement 2/10/2019
