Framework regulation Article 13 Quality Member States shall take the measures necessary to ensure the quality of the data and metadata transmitted. (…) 6. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt implementing acts specifying the modalities and content of the quality reports, including indications on the method for assessing compliance with precision requirements. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 18(2), and shall not impose significant additional burden or cost on the Member States.
