Study Skills Workshop Believe Achieve

The aim of the session is to: Provide information on how to study effectively. Provide support to help create an effective study plan.

Reducing stress = better study Make a study plan which is realistic. Start reviewing and organising class work well before exams. GET ORGANISED! Ask for help when you need it! Attend supported study classes. Attend school – obvious?

You must be strict! Social Media, phones etc are OFF not to the side or away. OFF! Don’t study the same subject for more than 30 minutes. Make regular changes. Get enough sleep at least 9 hours. Don’t study after 9pm. You take less in. Take regular breaks. You need it!

Study Plans
