The Role of the Personal Achievement Tutor (PAT) The aim of our pastoral programme is to ‘ensure that each individual realises their full potential' The PAT will support you when they first arrive and monitor progress throughout your time at college.  They are your first point of contact to turn to for help and advice if you have a problem and also the first point of contact for parents.
