WHERE EE TRAINING HAS BEEN FULLY CONDUCTED, NO SAFETY OR EE LOA WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT THE OTHER (VIRSA VERSA) THE APPLICATION CLASSIFIED AS THE LOW RISK BECAUSE OF BEING A RENEWAL FOR SAFETY MIGHT END UP BEING CLASSIFIED AS HIGH RISK BECAUSE OF THE NEW VC FOR EE.
