GASTRITIS SYMPTOMS? WHY IT HAPPENS? HOW IT AFFECT OUR LIFE? WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

The most common symptoms of gastritis include: Burning sensations in or above the stomach/abdomen, especially around the time of eating Stomachaches or pains Nausea or vomiting Stomach bloating Loss of appetite, feeling very full quickly and possibly experiencing changes in weight Hiccups and burping Changes in bowel movements and the appearance of stools (poop might be darker than usual and take on a tar-like or bloody color)

Why It Happens? Older age, especially being over 60 Having low immune function Infections caused by the bacteria Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) The overuse of medicine A poor diet and nutrient deficiencies Consuming excessive alcohol or smoking cigarettes High levels of stress Food allergies or Intolerance Pernicious anemia Obesity

FACTOR OF GASTRITIS OVERUSE MEDICATION INFECTION BY H.PYLORI BACTERIA OLDER AGE FOOD ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCE OVERWEIGHT OR OBESITY FACTOR OF GASTRITIS NUTRIENT DEFICIENCIES PERNICIOUS ANEMIA POOR EATING BEHAVIOUR HIGH STRESS ALCOHOL OR SMOKING

HOW GASTRITIS AFFECT OUR HEALTH? Poor food digestion Inflamed stomach lining produces less acid and fewer enzymes Poor food absorption Impaired transport of nutrients from the intestine into the blood stream Leaky gut Erosion of stomach lining breaks the lining allowing the passage of toxins, antigens, and bacteria in the lumen to enter the bloodstream Ulcer H. pylori gastritis increase the chance of developing ulcers Growth in stomach Gastritis increases the chance of developing benign, or noncancerous, and malignant, or cancerous Life threatening Acute stress gastritis can cause severe bleeding

What is the solution? FOOD CELL THERAPY 1) Detox the gut By clearing out toxins, bacteria stubborn stools create a healthy environment for good bacteria to grow and eliminate the gassy and bloating symptoms Increase fiber food intake Drink enough water Take fermented food Eliminate food trigger damages 2) Nutrient absorption Removing toxins from gut helps to increase the absorption rate. Therefore taking right healing food ingredient helps to stop the damages and heal the gut in a faster rate Increase antioxidant food Increase anti-inflammatory food Give more electrolyte to balance the loss minerals during detox 3) Repair Stomach and intestine lining structure reforms and helps to increase the enzyme production and heal the open wounds at the lining Observe heart burn and pain reduction Increase in appetite 4) Regenerate Stomach lining regenerate with young tissues and protected by a balanced microflora. Gastric functions in an optimum range. Offset medication Get rid all the gastritis symptoms 5) Nourishment Maintenance is important to prevent the reoccurrence of the condition Young new tissues have to be nourished with nutrients and maintain in a healthy environment
