A Career Pathway Then Now Future An introduction to what contributes to a successful career pathway and how the pathway and can change over time based on the contributing factors identified in the Wordel graphic

Building a career path Identifying that career pathways a) can be built to fit what the individual needs and wants at different stages of their career and that b) career pathways aren’t linear but can take a variety of turns and twists
