PhD Program of Study Deadline for filing approved program of study: 15 October of 3rd semester Total Requirements You can transfer up to 30 credits from MA Need 90 credits to graduate Need 75 credits to take quals Course Breakdowns 3 core classes: Theory, Methods, Pedagogy 12-15 credits within minor 6-12 research skills (courses your committee deems research skills) 4 semesters of M600 Max: 6 credits of independent study Post Quals Credits Max: 15 credits of Dissertation MSCH-M 899 After 90 credits, enroll G901 (6 credits with flat fee of $150) Max: 6 semesters
