1. Which of these snakes should you fear most? Explain. The snake on the bottom is a water moccasin because it’s entire body is floating on the surface of the water.

2. Which of these would you use to “clean” yourself if you take a number 2 in the woods? Explain. The plant on the right is poison ivy (leaves of 3), so you should use the plant on the right (leaves of five).

3. What specific safety precautions should you use for these? Explain. Insect repellant with DEET. DEET is supposed to be the best chemical repellant of mosquitos that carry West Nile virus.
