IISD’s SDG Knowledge Hub IISD’s SDG Knowledge Hub is the flagship project of IISD’s SDG Knowledge program. November 2016

Respondent to 2017 annual survey sdg.iisd.org The SDG Knowledge Hub is an online platform that is updated weekly with news, commentary and calendar events regarding activities, publications and perspectives on SDG implementation around the globe. Each item published to the SDG Knowledge Hub is categorized according to SDGs Issue area(s) Means of implementation Actors Actions Regions To facilitate searches for the information that a reader wants to know more about. “In a complex world overflowing with information, there is a need for clear, concise messages and updates. The SDG Knowledge Hub delivers just that.” Respondent to 2017 annual survey

Guest Articles are invited from government officials, heads of UN agencies and departments, and CSO leaders, regarding activities related to SDG implementation. Policy Briefs are written by out staff, regarding trends we have noticed and key ongoing processes, to help readers better understand the SDG implementation process. Generation 2030 articles are written by and about young professionals, regarding their take on the interconnections between the SDGs as well as their efforts to implement the SDGs.

Twice a week we mail a newsletter with the headings and brief introductions to the most recently published commentary and news posts. Our mailing list includes sustainable development professionals around the world, and brings them back to the SDG Knowledge Hub, to read the stories related to their interests.

2.5 Million Pageviews in 2018 We received over 2.5 million pageviews in 2018, and a large percentage of our survey respondents report that they visit the site frequently and for relatively long periods of time (compared to the industry standard)
