Commissioning & Operational Readiness for Airport Transfer (ORAT) SOFTWARE GLITCHES in an automated baggage- handling system force Denver International Airport to sit empty nine months after airplanes were to fill these gates and runways (top). Oct, 1993 Almost 300 flights have been scrapped and some 15,000 bags have been separated from their owners since the state-of-the-art terminal opened last Thursday.
