Students will compare and contrast the modern retelling of the story to the source material. 3.)Video: Watch the prologue and the first scene of the Romeo and Juliet film. 4.) Reflection: How does watching a performance of Romeo and Juliet change the way that we view the text? What do you think makes it more effective?
