Combination Pronouns IF more than one type of object pronoun is used in a sentence, then use the acronym R.I.D. to remember their placement order. R - reflexive I - indirect D - direct

Combination Pronouns ie… Paco se lo da a ella. IF both direct and indirect object pronouns are used AND both are 3rd person,THEN the indirect object pronoun (le or les) changes to SE. ie… Paco se lo da a ella.

Examples I am giving Paco a book. Yo le doy un libro a Paco. I am giving it to Paco Yo se lo doy a Paco. *If both the indirect and direct object pronouns are used AND both are in the 3rd person, then the indirect LE or LES changes to SE. Object of conjugated verb- before verb
