Goal Setting Business & Technology

Why is goal setting important? They give us a sense of direction. They motivate us to achieve. They make us feel good about ourselves and what we do. They point out strengths. They make us aware of our weaknesses.

More… They help us visualize what is important, plan actions, and then a way to carry them out. They help us make decisions. THEY MAKE US REPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN LIVES – both success and failure.
