BALANCED ASSESSMENT

OBJECTIVES By the end of this class you will be able to… Follow a process for setting priorities related to assessment and evaluation. Explain the advantages and potential uses for a range of assessment tools and tasks that can help educators create with students a more complete accounting of progress. Describe how constructed response test items, academic prompts, and culminating performance tasks and projects can enhance understanding of student achievement.
