Presentation transcript:

Dear Parent/Guardian, Sincerely, My name is Sherri Bosely, and I am happy to be working as your child __________________’s speech-language pathologist (SLP) this year. While many of my students are continuing with me again this year, I am also looking forward to getting to know the several new faces in my therapy room this year! This is my 19th year as an SLP, and my 12th year at Sanford Creek Elementary. I live in Rolesville with my husband, Bryan, and our two children, Isaac (5th grade) and Megan (9th grade). Some of my favorite things include reading, coffee, chocolate, and doing puzzles. I will be seeing your child on the following day(s) and times: M T W Th F Time(s): ______________________ When appropriate, we will be using Speech Homework folders this year. I am asking that you monitor your child’s speech and help him or her with practice at home. The Speech Folder may contain materials such as pictures, words, or exercises for your child to use as speech practice. I suggest keeping the folder in your child’s book bag when you are not working on speech homework so it will be available when I come to pick up your child for therapy. I am happy to answer any questions you might have – feel free to email or call at any time! My room is 1101-C, which is in the guidance suite across from the main office. And please take a moment to check out the Speech Website this year at slpbosely@weebly.com! Sincerely, Sherri Bosely, MA,CCC-SLP sbosely@wcpss.net (919) 570-2100, ext. 20236 PS: Your child’s annual IEP meeting is due by/scheduled for: _______________
