Streamlined the purpose statement The purpose of the ISAS is to develop scheduling, tagging, and accounting practices and procedures among participants in the Western Interconnection. Cleaned up the approval process by OC for approving ISAS leadership Adjusted language to ensure meetings are held and scheduled in accordance with WECC meeting policy, and allowing for the meetings to be held either in person or via webinar. Interchange Work Group Preschedule Calendar Guideline Guideline had not been reviewed in 5 years Discussion centered on whether or not the guideline still provides some alignment with the natural gas scheduling calendar Additional discussion on the framework provided for the scheduling of the Thanksgiving Day and Christmas holidays Members feel that the guideline is appropriate and working well and cautioned against making changes to it. Reliability Messaging Tool (RMT) RMT is scheduled to replace WECCNet – likely in Q1 of 2106 Development is complete and quality testing & beta testing is underway. RMT continue the capabilities that WECCNet has currently and adds additional capabilities.
