2. PreSchedule Calendar Guideline
Overall the PreSchedule Calendar Guidelines still meets the need for WECC.
A request to adjust the days around Thanksgiving
Currently the guideline states:
Thanksgiving will be scheduled as 2/2/3 (Tue-Wed/Thu-Fri/Sat-Sun-Mon) unless a different schedule is needed for a new month.
Proposed:
Thanksgiving will be scheduled as either a 3/3/1 or 3/2/2 .
Quick poll to see if the ISAS workgroup is interested in IWG developing a a proposed change for Thanksgiving.

3. INT-020-CRT-1.1 WIAB Discussion:
IWG received a request to review INT-020-CRT-1.1 WIAB due to Dec 6, 2014 and January 18, 2015 WIT unplanned outages.
WECC to discuss/verified ISAS understanding that if partial WIT offline than vendor would take WIT software completely off line (Pending). This was due to the unplanned outage on January 2015.
Discussed impacts of 15 minute Scheduling.
Reviewed ability to effectively communicate the Transactional ID via phone.

How to include Market changes? How to manually mange market changes under the current WIAB criterion (phone calls).

4. Con’t INT-020-CRT-1.1 (WIAB) Discussion:
Three key changes that should be considered in amending WIAB criterion:
Streamline Process
Maintain Reliability
Include Market changes
Recommend a small team be set up to determine changes to WIAB for ISAS workgroup to consider.
