THE INNOVATOR’S MINDSET “Our thinking must focus on what learning can truly be, not what it has been.” George Couros, 2015 Christine Being innovative has been at the center of everything, including how we have approached the concept for this magnet school by using the Design Cycle developed at Standard to guide the process. Our goal has been to look beyond what has already been done to create an experience for students that is powerful and progressive.
