SEM: Follow-up and monitoring MS provides action plan to COM and council within 3 months after adoption of the recommendations COM to present its assessment of the adequacy of the AP to the Council within 1 month MS reports to COM on implementation every 3 month until the AP is fully implemented Parallel process MS to request for EU-funding to fulfil a recommendation
