3. Action Points from the previous meeting 1.Ministry of water to share report on the impact of water Boards drought interventions with the funds provided by the ministry of water and irrigation; 2. TORs review and harmonization exercises to be concluded with the support of partners by next meeting; 3.World Vision, Red Cross and PLAN volunteered to sponsor one workshop; 4.WESCOORD Secretariat to conduct monitoring of impacts of interventions by the various players; 5.WESCOORD Secretariat to spear head the reactivation of all county WESCOORDs particularly in the most affected counties and ensure the establishment of strong linkages with county structures to facilitate smooth information sharing; 6. Partners not featured in the presented infographics should submit their 5Ws to facilitate their inclusion; 7.Information Manager to organize an information management capacity building w/shop for secretariat and partners in due course; 8.SAG to develop strategic objectives in the next 3 to 4 weeks; 9.Presentations made to be shared out with partners
