i-THRIVE: Implementation Checklist Workshop An implementation checklist has been developed as part of our ongoing work to define and highlight what it means to be a “THRIVE-like” system. These individual actions are taken from the THRIVE Assessment Tool which identified system-wide behaviours that indicated working in line with the principles of THRIVE. The THRIVE Assessment Tool has been used by a number of our i-THRIVE accelerator sites and community of practice sites to assess how THRIVE-like they are and to identify areas for improvement and priorities to take forward.

Implementation Checklist: Group exercise 1 10 minutes: Individually please go through the checklist and select the current status of each action in your local area: Already in place in my local area Not yet in place but work in progress Not in place and no work towards this yet Please then add any comments that you might have onto your individual sheets.

Implementation Checklist: Group exercise 2 30 minutes: Discussion Your thoughts on the implementation checklist What’s easier to implement? What’s more challenging? By the end of your discussion, we would like you to identify: Common responses from different local areas – are there some actions that you all have a similar view on? Conflicting responses from different local areas – are there some factors that mean that you have completely different views on some of the actions? Specific issues that you would like to know more about or receive support with Examples of best practice from local areas that could help others in the community of practice with implementation Please record these on the flip chart paper in the middle of your table.
