Do Now At the top of a new page of notes (we are taking notes today), respond to the following: How were the ideas of the philosophers a break from the past? (How were they different from what came before them?) If you were living in the 1700’s and you read these ideas, would you want things to change? Think about this from the perspective of: Kings Nobles Middle Class Lower class
