Safety Leads Isabel spends most of her day with the FOH cashiers, and baristas. She makes sure that everyone is wearing proper PPE as they are restocking coolers and making sure if there are any leaks or spills in the service are there is a wet floor sign and proper clean up. Linda is our Sous. She makes sure that there are always burn sleeves on and cut/utility gloves used! She is great at coaching the team to wear the proper PPE, or simply remind them if they are completing a task incorrectly. They are both key players in keeping our workplace safe!

Let’s Get Cookin’ - Program Rollout We discussed the importance of safety, and how BAS is a team effort. CEOs message was key to making our team understand the important role everyone plays on our business. Everyone enjoyed the donuts! Let’s Get Cookin’ - Program Rollout

Our HERO Maricela is far more than our baker here at Helios. Hard working, passionate–a huge support wherever she is needed! She will speak her mind in pre service meetings about safety and what we need to work on as a team. We truly appreciate her sharing her voice to her peers. We have a lot of respect for her as she is dedicated, kind, determined and always ready to work with a smile. Maricela Lara
