1. The Lenches Pre-school Summary of Parents Feedback Forms Autumn 2018

2. Objectives
The aim of providing Parental Feedback Forms (anonymously if chosen) has always been to identify areas of excellence within our practice, but also to pinpoint areas where we could improve.

3. Return rates
Of the 25 children currently on role at The Lenches Pre-school, we had 19 returned forms, 18 of which included names and one which was anonymous.

4. 17 (89%) replied “Excellent”, 5/5 2 (11%) replied 4/5 Comments:
