When using Electronic Communication (LETS HOPE HES NOT DRIVING!)

text miscommunication error means An event while texting where the recipient of your text gains the wrong meaning from your message. You text "I'm really happy to be at work" to a friend. What you really mean is "I really don't want to be at work." Your friend thinks you are really happy to be at work and life is just grand for you. This is a text miscommunication error. (ONLINE SLANG DICTIONARY)

Mobile phone texting ing Posting, commenting, or messaging on social media (e.g. facebook or twitter)

Written words, text Sometimes an emoticon Tone of voice, expression Facial expression Body language :) :D ;) :( :/ :S :P o.O >:(

Communicating via electronic messaging can cause communication problems. Face to face communication has body language cues, expression, and tone of voice. Studies have shown that non-verbal cues make up 93% of our communication, and only 7% of communication is the actual words. If you do not understand, or are surprised by what someone has said to you in a text message, check what they meant. You may even need to call them on the phone, or go and see them.

And just for fun!

For those with internet connection click on the links below Funny - Dangers of Texting Miscommunication through Texting

How could your tone of voice change these messages? Say it sincerely, angrily, sounding interested, sarcastically, sweetly, humourously: Are you alright? Where have you been? Whats happening? Thats just great! Whatever!
