Total and Plot Total up column at the bottom in “Total Score” row Plot Total Score on grid Put + in columns where mark falls in White Area Circle top 3 of those These are where your ability is high enough right now

Put it Together Go back to COPS survey In Abilities row mark those that you are high in (top three or all white)
