Why did you choose this recipe I chose this recipe because its one of the many foods I grew up eating, in my culture this is our ultimate party food. -Any celebration! You name it! My family would always make this for any kind of family gathering.

Ingredients 1 and one half of carrot sticks 5 sticks of celery 1 onion 5 cloves of garlic 3 sticks of green onions 1lb ground pork 1 pack of egg roll seasoning 2 eggs For extra flavouring 1 tsp salt, 1tsp pepper 2 tbsp of oyster sauce Ingredients

Prep 1), Dice, Mince vegetables very finely 3 sticks of green onions 2) Then in a big bowl combine all vegetables( 1 and one half of carrot sticks, 5 sticks of celery, 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic) , 1lb ground pork, 1 pack of egg roll seasoning, 2 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp pepper 3) Hand mix the ingredients in the large bowl at a bottom to top motion 4) Once done add 3 sticks of chopped green onions and proceed to hand mix with the same motion as step 3).
