NeighborInformation_Announcement January 2012 Procedure for sending NeighborInformation_Announcement Add below sentences in 5.2.7.3 Sharing neighbor information procedure. After receiving Neighborlist_Announcement from a CDIS , a CM shall send NeighborInformation_Announcement to affected CMs in the neighborlist_Announcement, After any change in the parameters about a TVBD network or device, a CM shall send NeighborInformation_Announcement with updated information to all affected neighbor CMs. Junyi Wang, NICT

StopOperation_Confirm January 2012 StopOperation_Confirm After sending StopOperation_Anouncement CM do not need receive StopOperation_Confirm to finalize its operation. Therefore StopOperation_Confirm can be removed from draft. Junyi Wang, NICT

Triggers for Decision Making Algorithm January 2012 Triggers for Decision Making Algorithm For the decision making algorithm based on neighbor report and radio environment information there is no Triggers indicated. Substute “According to current system any change in the environment can trigger the decision making algorithm.” in 9.4.1.1 Introduction with the following sentence. Messages which change information related to a TVBD or its neighbors , which are CE_Registration_Request, AvailableChannels_Announcement, AvailableChannels_Response, Measurement_Response, InfoAcquiring_Response, NeighborInformation_Announcement, Event_Indication trigger the decision making algorithm upon reception by the CM.
