Presentation transcript:

eelReel enables pipeline cleaning to distances > 23000 ft. Operation Pressure, created by pumping power fluids (usually heated diesel) down annulus of Coiled Tubing (CT) & Pipeline, acts on the cross sectional area of cups creating thrust. Thrust pulls the CT into the pipeline beyond the limits of coiled tubing alone. eelReel enables pipeline cleaning to distances > 23000 ft. CT, without eelReel, struggles to reach 1000-2000 ft of distance before buckling.

Fluids and Debris return via the coiled tubing string Operation Power fluid is diverted through ports inside tool and exits via jets in front of tool creating washing action. Fluids and Debris return via the coiled tubing string

Operation Graphic of tool thrusting forward, cleaning pipeline debris, and returning debris to surface via the coiled tubing. Cleaning debris in front and off of Pipeline walls eelReel thrusting forward Fluid & Debris returned to surface via the coiled tubing
