Question 1 1. Author. 2. Title. 3. Container, 4. Other Contributors (editor, translator, ect), 5. Version (volume number), 6. Number (issue number), 7. Publisher (almost always for books only), 8. Publication date, 9. Location (page numbers or url).
Question 2 Reverse indentation means that the first line of the source sticks out and the other lines for the source are indented: Author last name, First Name. “Title.” Container, volume number, date, page numbers.
Question 3: You quote shorter works like article titles and the titles of short stories. You italicize the titles of longer works such as books. You also italicize the container for a source. You don’t italicize your own work.
Question 4. The sources on a works cited page should be listed in alphabetical order by author last name or if there is no author by the first major word in the title.
Question 5 APA puts dates in parenthesis after the author name. APA lists only the author’s first initial instead of the full first name. In APA the list of 9 is not used.
