National Eligibility Check The JCS (Joint Call Secretariat – MIBACT) will send to all the organizations involved into the call the username and password for accessing to the JPICH platform. The organizations involved will download the proposals. PROPOSAL EVALUATION The JCS (Joint Call Secretariat – MIBACT) will manage applications received through the JPICH platform for submission and maintain the applicant database. The existing JPICH database of independent international experts will be updated. All the Funding Partners and JPI Participants will be involved in searching for additional independent international experts according to the needs of the Proposals. MIBACT with the support of other two countries participants will match experts’ profile with the need of proposal evaluation in order to establish an appropriate international peer review panel. COST OF HANDLING THE JPICH CE CALL (1) As for the Digital Heritage the maximum JCS and JPS handling costs are calculated at 5% of the final total call costs. Handling costs will be shared by the JPICH CE Parties in a fair way, i.e. the share of costs will be related to the actual share of funds nationally committed to funding JPICH CE project. COST FOR HANDLING THE JPICH CE CALL (2) To cover the CE costs Parties are expected to make additional funding available. It is however recognized that some Parties can only contribute to these costs in kind.
