4 Financial framework The total value of the Programme amounts to ,13 EUR, ( ,00 EUR ERDF contribution). 3 mio. EUR is allocated for the Technical Assistance. The total value of the Programme available for funding of projects under Priority Axes 1 and 2 is 15,6 mio Euro, (85% financed by European Regional Development Fund and 15% contributed by other funding).

Individual Consultations/Meetings with potential applicants Organization and performance of workshops for Beneficiaries and potential applicants (April 2018) Assesment of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd (closed) and 4th deadline (ongoing) for submission of project proposals 4th deadline (14 November 2017) - administrative and quality assessment of projects On-going updates of the eMS and the programme website Regular sending of Aplications of Payments to CA, and requests for repayments from EC

On-going: Checking of the Partner Progress Reports and Lead partners Progress Reports – sending them to CA Signature of contracts Workshop for potential applicants (2nd Priority) Preparation of remaining manuals (e.g. closure and archiving, irregularity) Annual programme event (EC Day …) - in autumn (21st September 2018) Communicaton and information activities for applicants, potential applicants and general public (website, e-news, facebook, ..)

8 10 out of 18 Project Applications submitted for the 4th deadline are administratively eligible
The fourth deadline set for the submission of project applications in the frame of the Open Call for Proposals expired on 14th November Until this date, 18 project applications were submitted. As the result of the recently finished administrative check there are 10 projects that comply with the Cooperation Programme’s administrative and eligibility criteria. These projects are just in the finish stage of quality assessment. Projects not passing the administrative and eligibility check have the possibility to submit their revised application in the next round. The next submission deadline for project applications is expected to be in June 2018.

10 E-CONOMY (2) 4 partners; LP - Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Zala County The Lead Partner takes over the role of the “engine” of the partnership, coordinating the work of the partners and being also the link between the project and the programme (MA/JS). LP is responsible for: Implementation of project activities (real time information; overlook over the whole project Preparation of the joint progress report

11 E-CONOMY (3) During implementation follow IMPLEMENTATION MANUAL FOR BENEFICIARIES Reporting on the progress (part 5) For 0 period all PP must submit a report LP predicted preparation costs; other project partners prepare a “zero” report - financial part of the report reported as zero expenditures, activities have to be reported and the reason for no expenditure within that report has to be explained. The Lead partner Project Progress Report has to be written bilingually in Slovene and in Hungarian language. Project development (part 2) In case of modification requests (Change of the project partnership, Budget changes, Change of the work plan, Extension of the project duration)

12 E-CONOMY (4) Information and communication (part 6)
Programme requirements – Use of proper logos, bilinguality, etc. The tasks of beneficiaries are to inform the public about the ERDF support received by the programme as well as about the results and impacts of the co-financing in the frame of the project. Failure to include the mandatory programme logo and therefore to meet the basic requirements may lead to cuts in funding (ineligible costs). Costs might also be deducted in case the logo is used in an incorrect way (too small in size, distorted, not visible due to unsuitable background, etc.).

13 E-CONOMY (5) Be sure to enable/maintain a good information flow between partners. Avoid underspanding.
