MA = Masters in Experimental Psychology Courses + thesis = 2-3 years Stepping stone to PhD program Can teach at Community Colleges

Clinical Psychology MA = masters level clinician Graduate program in clinical psychology 2-3 years + 1 year supervision Comparable to PA degree in medicine Must practice under supervision of a Fully Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Clinical Psychology PhD = doctor of philosophy degree Scientist-practitioner model (Boulder model) Clinical scientist Often full ride but must enjoy research!!! Comparable to MD in medicine
