Presentation transcript:

Describing/explaining/analysing - strengths Describe – Saying what happened. My batting is a strength of my performance because I hit the ball 3 out of 4 times and scored a total of 2 rounders. Explain – Backing up your descriptions with examples (saying why). My batting is a strength of my performance because I hit the ball 3 out of 4 times and scored a total of 2 rounders. On one bat I managed to score a full rounder as I hit the ball further into the field. On the other 2 bats I scored half a rounder as the fielders managed to stop me at second base. Analyse – Giving further details My batting is a strength of my performance because I hit the ball 3 out of 4 times and scored a total of 2 rounders. On one bat I managed to score a full rounder as I hit the ball further into the field. On the other 2 bats I scored half a rounder as the fielders managed to stop me at second base. The reason I was able to score a full rounder is because I managed to place the ball in between the deep fielders . This meant it took longer for them to field the ball and I had more time to run around the four bases.
