Lesson 3- Managing Ethically Objectives: Learn how to ethically manage difficult decisions Learn about being proactive instead of reactive

Managers are sometimes faced with some tough ethical decisions. Your choices could impact your credibility, your job, or your companies bottom line.

Managing ethically means: Doing the right thing is more important than doing things right. Being proactive in avoiding an unethical situation is more important than being reactive. Being open and honest with customers is better business than trying to cover things up.
