MIKE LOWERY’S culture By: Mike Lowery

MY AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURE I am African American and so is the rest of my family. Including my great grandma and great grandpa.

Languages My mom, dad, and big brother speak both English and Spanish but the only language I know is English.

ACTIVITIES Me and my brothers like to just lay back and chill but we go out every Sunday and do different things.

Religion I am a Christian so is the rest of my family except my dad he is kind of in the middle he doesn’t believe in certain things but does believe in other stuff.

Traditions My family does pretty much all the holidays in America like Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.

Food I eat like a normal kid…a lot of candy and pizza but I still eat healthy. My favorite food is an Italian dish called Chicken Alfredo. My favorite fruit is a pineapple and my favorite veggie is corn.
