Mountain Life Finding out about mountains, mountain animals and life on the MOUNTAINS by Ms Rosienne F

What do mountains look like? Mountains can be rocky and barren. Some have trees growing on their sides and some have snow on their peaks. The top of the mountain is called the summit. The side of the mountain is called the slope. A gorge is a very steep valley between young mountains. What do mountains look like?
