Time Management
Controllable Study Factors Make a list of all the things that can stop you studying. e.g. tiredness, sickness, tv, facebook, sporting activities etc. Then split them into two categories, those that you control and those you find hard to control. e.g. Facebook – can control, how? hide your phone. Think about all those things you can control and how can you control them; Will you allow your grades to suffer because you spent too much time chatting on-line?
