The Human Services Employment Ladder Program (HELP) is an eight week Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm Human Services training program that prepares participants to work in Human Services settings. The HELP Program offers resources and services to support your success. • Specialized Training and Access to Internships • Individualized Assessment and Career Planning • Career Readiness and Job placement Support • Onsite Interviews with Employer Partners • Employment Retention and Career Advancement Services PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Candidates must be 21 years old or older Candidates must have a H.S.
